PRICING FOR EXHIBITORS

MANUFACTURER VENDOR BOOTHS – $315 Until October 15th then $345
Available to manufacturers of bicycles, components, clothing, and related goods and services; guaranteed high traffic areas; includes 1-2 garage bay areas; listing in Big Stampede advertising, literature and website. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up; tables and chairs are NOT provided but can be rented when you register online. Extra manufacturer booth is $100. Vendor responsible for sales taxes.

RETAILER VENDOR BOOTHS – $165 until October 15th then $185
Available to retailers and frame/parts builders that sell and advertise directly to consumers; includes one garage bay area; listing in Big Stampede advertising, literature and website. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up; tables and chairs are NOT provided but can be rented when you register online. Extra retailer booth is $100. Vendor responsible for sales taxes.

TEAM/CLUB VENDOR BOOTHS – $75 Until October 15th then $85
Available to individuals selling merchandise representing a team or club; or product representatives; includes 10’x10’ booth; listing in Big Stampede advertising, literature and website. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up; tables and chairs are NOT provided but can be rented when you register online. Extra Team/Club booth is $55. Vendor responsible for sales taxes.

INDIVIDUAL VENDOR BOOTHS – $45 Until October 15th then $55
Available to individuals selling merchandise not representing a team; includes 10’x10’ booth. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up; tables and chairs are NOT provided but can be rented when you register online. Vendor responsible for sales taxes.

OneZ-TwoZ Corral: $20 at the gate
Enter the gates 30 minutes early with one or two items ONLY. Set up is on far end of the nationwide garage tables and chairs provided. Vendor responsible for sales taxes.

ON-SITE VENDOR REGISTRATION OPENS @ 7:00 AM

A late registration fee of $25/space for individual/team vendors
and $50/space for retailers/manufacturers applies for Day of Event Registration.
